About RIZZA Elementary School

          RIZZA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL is a complete Elementary School situated at Sitio Rizza, Brgy. San Jose, Antipolo City with an area of 10,000 sq. meter donated by Mr. Dangga.

          RES is a non-central school. It caters to the needs of the community where most of the people are commonly engage in a small scale industry, farmers and employed in government offices where the school is situated.

         The school is manned by energetic principal AMADO B. CABUS. It has an enrollment of One thousand Three Hundred Thirty Seven ( 1,337 ) with Twenty Seven ( 27 ) strong able teachers.

         This institution remains dynamic and competitive to all school age pupils so they will emerge as valued and respect participation of the community.

 

Objectives

  • Provide quality education/institution to meet the needs of the time.

  • Upgrade leadership, instructional are competencies of teachers through monitoring and supervision of classes.

  • Raise the performance levels of pupils in all learning areas.

  • Increase the literacy rate through non-formal education.

  • Upgrade the rank of the school in terms of academic excellence.

Strategies

  • Upgrading and modernizing of school facilities.

  • Organizing remedial and peer tutoring classes.

  • Conducting of Balik-Eskwela Campaign.

  • Adoption to improve an appropriate learning tools and techniques so that alternative learning schemes will be utilized.

  • Students learn in a child-friendly,gender sensitive, safe and motivating environment.

  • Teacher facilitate and constantly nurture every leaner.

  • Administrators and staff as stewards of institution ensure on enabling and supportive environment for effective learning to happen.

  • Family, community and other stakeholder are actively engaged and share responsibilty for developing life-long learning.
